Welcome
I have been a proud Headteacher of Hampton Vale Primary Academy, Seedlings and Little Seedlings Nursery for the past seven years and I have watched the school grow into an incredibly special place where children truly thrive. Our team of dedicated staff ensure that children are safe, happy and engaged throughout their time with us, and we are immensely proud of the excellent progress they make.
All children within our school and nursery experience a broad and balanced curriculum which stimulates their imagination, extends their knowledge, and nurtures a lifelong love of learning. We are fortunate to have a team of specialist teachers who deliver high-quality lessons in Music, Dance, Drama, PE, Art and Forest School – providing a rich and inspiring curriculum that allows every child to discover and develop their unique talents.
At Hampton Vale, we believe that education is about so much more than academic achievement. It is about developing confident, kind and resilient young people who are ready to take on the challenges of the future and contribute positively to the world around them. I am incredibly proud of our children and all that they achieve every day.

Performing Arts at HVPA Year 1 have been learning all about Paddington the Bear, The Musical, the brand-new West End production. Through this, pupils are beginning to understand the importance of keeping up with new and current musicals in the performing arts, exploring storytelling, character, and music from a modern stage show. Year 2 have explored Samba, learning the basic dance style, creating their own partner work, and discovering how to make Brazilian-inspired music using a range of new instruments during music lessons. Year 3 have been learning all about Hercules in line with their classroom topic. They have learnt a dance to Zero to Hero and have been singing Go the Distance, working on combining singing and dancing together to develop their skills as budding "triple threats". Years 4 and 5 have auditioned for an upcoming talent show, developing confidence, performance skills and stage presence. The results will be announced later this week. Year 6 have begun preparations for Matilda now that the cast has been announced, starting the exciting journey of rehearsals and character development for their final school production. Keep up the hard work HVPA, I am over the moon with our progression of the arts! - Mrs Clulow

What a performance from the girls at the County Finals! They were absolutely outstanding, narrowly missing out on a place in the final after a tense semi-final decided on penalties. A special shout-out to one of our players, who was deservedly awarded Player of the Day and even received a brilliant Pokémon-style football! So proud of every single one of you. Well done girls... onto the next one!
