Welcome
Welcome to the Hampton Vale Primary Academy!
I first joined Hampton Vale Primary Academy in January 2019 as the Acting Headteacher when the school joined the Four Cs Multi Academy Trust. I was appointed the permanent Headteacher position in January 2020.
Over the past years, the school has been on a huge transformational journey, and we have recently been awarded a 'Good' with 3 'Outstanding' features by OFSTED (Leadership and Management, Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development). Our KS2 data now exceeds the national average and our children have received a fantastic curriculum offer and leave secondary ready. I am so proud to work with a wonderful team of staff and an even more exceptional group of young people.
Hampton Vale Primary Academy sits at the heart of the community and is the school of choice for many. If you would like to come and visit, you would be very welcome. Please contact the school office for an appointment.
Mrs P. Chamberlain
Headteacher

We are thrilled to launch our first Poetry Spotlight of the school year! As part of our enriched reading curriculum, pupils across the school have been developing their appreciation of rhythm, language, and performance through poetry recitals. Over Autumn 1, each class has studied a poem in depth, practising expressive performance and investigating the poet's craft and the themes woven throughout the text. Poetry is a powerful tool for learning. It helps children develop a love of language, strengthens memory and fluency, encourages creativity, and builds their ability to express ideas and emotions. Through performing poetry, pupils also grow in confidence and develop their oracy skills in an exciting and enjoyable way. We are excited to showcase their fantastic achievements, we hope you enjoy the performances!
