Y1 Madrid Class Update Year one had a wonderful experience as Victorian children, they had a drill on the playground in the morning to start their day and had lessons in reading, writing and arithmetic using black card and chalk as their resources, they also had the opportunity to play some Victorian games on the playground and thoroughly immersed themselves in the whole experience whilst having fun!

Y2 Lisbon Class Update This week in Forest School Lisbon class were looking at how to make a fire. They were all able to place a few sticks in the fire and watch them as the fire caught them. They liked how warm the fire was and that it made their hands toasty!

Y6 update! Year 6 attended a cross country competition with other Hampton schools on Thursday morning in the glorious sunshine! Everyone did amazingly well, cheering each other on and supporting their peers. Overall, HVPA came second with an average position of 16th! We are immensely proud of the children who came first overall out of all of the girls who took part as well as the two children who each came second in their gender groups! Well done Year 6!
