Y1 Madrid Class Update Madrid has had a busy couple of weeks starting of with sharing their love of reading partnered with year 4 and attending the book fair. They enjoyed Science week by carrying out different experiments with fruit and jelly to see which fruit would set first and building their own houses to test the strength of their houses with the materials they have used. Furthermore, they have enjoyed careers week by visiting the Pharmacy, learning CPR and having a visit from PC Banks. What a fun and immersive couple of weeks they've had with their learning!

What a FANTASTIC week the children have had taking part in 'Careers Week'. They have been inspired by external visitors, dressed as their future selves, visited the local Pharmacy and today had a fly by from East Anglia Air Ambulance. It was INCREDIBLE! We hope that our children have been inspired to work hard and achieve their dream! Thank you to East Anglia Air Ambulance doctors, nurses, organisers and volunteers; Hampton Pharmacy, our local councillors, Clements Financials and many others who gave up their time to give our children a wonderful and memorable week!
